i would cuz rex is good but he isnt peyton or brady. he'll make lil mistakes into huge mistakes. I think they will lose in the first round or the second, not in the championship game or the superbowl. Also there "D" is getting weaker and weaker every game.

Ummm, well, there is no way Bears will lose in first round, cuz they don't play until second. And what really matters is that the Bears made it through the majority of the season with Kyle Orton as QB. Remember, Rex is better than Kyle. If they could do as much as they did in the season under Kyle, I think they can perform even better in the playoffs with Rex.

yea they won the ten games w/o kyle it was there defence scoring...or getting the ball. kyle only had like two good games, one against the steelers still losing to them. and oh yea i forgot they clinched the division :S

Underrated Players
rams is one of the underrated teams even though they're having a bad season, its just because of the qbs. Rams coulda beat the colts if marc didnt get injured.
Torry Holt, if he gets 9 more yards he has 1,300 yards for six consecutive seasons, nobody has ever done that. And if he gets 100+ yards he is in the top five wr's in the league, even though he was injured for a long time. Isaac Bruce who is very experienced in football has 14,000 yards, only four people have done that in the nfl. Jeff Wilkins, the kicker in rams who has fg percentage of 99.6. Yet he didnt go to the pro bowl...

you forgot to mention Kevin Curtis. Very fast WR and had a nice breakout season. Great late sleeper for fantasy this year.

grossman def is a better QB the orton, but give orton credit. came in as a rookie and did a great job after they started off 1-3. he played alot more games in a row then he was used to in college. so that was def impressive. but ya its great to have grossman back.

Colts vs redskins?
redskins barely even have a chance to make (tho they are in playoff picture) it to the playoffs.

Look at it this way if redskins win this sunday they are in playoffs
if they win and the giants lose to the raiders yea the raiders suck but at home they dont go down easy
then the redskins win the NFC east
not make it to 2nd?
they killed the cowboys and then killed the giants they are a very hard team to beat you cant tell me they wont kick some can cuz they will you just watch.

they are way to inconsistent. sometimes they have a great passing game, sometimes a great running game, sometimes a great defensive game, i think only 1 or 2 games have all 3 or 2 of the 3 been put together.

They beat the divison leading giants
so I say they can over take everyone in that divison and win the NFC east
dont be shocked if this happens.

As my team is the Steelers, I'm naturally biased, but i'll try to give my opinions:
NFC
Bears: Very good defense, but very easy to stop on offense, making the game rest too heavily on their battle-weary defense. While I see spirit and defense pushing them, I'll say they make it maybe to the championship versus the Seahawks for the SuperBowl Spot.
Giants: Eli's getting good, but he's not better then the seahawks..YET.
I look for them to suffer an early loss.
Seattle: Here's the moneymaker of the NFC. Alexander and Hasslebeck are getting great co-ordination, and their defense is finally picking up the slack it had too. Seattle is the team to beat in the NFC, Imho.
as for the wild card, if they haven't made it this far already, they won't make it very far into the playoffs. If they do, I'll drop and give you 50
Now, for the...
AFC
Denver: Jake's good, possibly even at his best, but the rest of his team isn't on the same playing field. It's like the defense got stuck in the practice field while some of Jake's offense made it with him to the real game.
I look for denver to get eliminated mid playoffs.
Indianapolis: If peyton, along with his team, play as well as they did before the loss of their coach's kid, will be the team to beat in the playoffs. In the last two weeks, however, I've seen a rather "haloesque with angels" theme depart the Colts, for the "Brutal, hard world" as they lost two straight after an undefeated season. Still, Peyton is like wildfire.
Jacksonville: With their current QB battle to either put in leftwich or sub gerrard for him, Jacksonville still doesn't come across to me as a play-off caliber team, not with all the injuries they've sustained. If everyone is healthy, jacksonville is a threat. But for now, they're playing hurt.
Cincinatti: While Carson to Johnson was the most frequently heard AFC north news, carson has little to no experience with a game of such a caliber as a playoff. Now; to give an equal example against my team, the steelers:
Ben was great, his first season, we get to the playoffs..then WHAM, he can't handle the pressure, and he didn't know that the game was played such differently. 4 pics in one game, where he didn't have 4 all season? That's the problem with new-experience QBs. Carson will face this, and if he can beat it, which I doubt, they might have a chance.
New England: What a farce turned movie-matierial. I mean, everythings down, you lost a lynchpin on defense, another has a stroke, dillon's all busted up, brady ain't doin his best, yet, they pull it all together and actually make a play-off spot. This just makes me want to laugh. I don't see any underdog potential, as the pats are known superbowl winners, but against the teams that made it this year, they will struggle.
As for the wild cards here: Steelers, unless they suffer a fatal loss to detroit, have the spot.
The Pittsburgh Steelers: While we're banged up, broken, our defense is harder then ever, and people on the offensive side are getting healthier. Example? Last 3 games. Wham wham wham. Won won won. They're on a roll, and they're getting hot when they need to. I still unless we can beat indy, don't see the steelers making the big game. They'll have some playoff fun, though.
Superbowl likelies:
Seahawks Vs Colts
Seahawks Vs New England
Seahawks Vs Pittsburgh
The reason seattle has it in all three, in honest sincerity, is that I don't feel any other team in the NFC has the togetherness of the Seahawks.
Thats my take.

I doubt indianapolis is going to make it to the super bowl this year, and i hope that as well. My reason being, a lot of tragedies, well not a lot just big ones, happened. Including, a loss to the "not-so-great" chargers. A big factor is tony dungy, his son died, hes gonna have a lot of things on his head when he coaches.
